Can you put concealer over the product that reduces puffiness?

I am interested in a product for my under eyes. I do not have bags or puffiness so much as the area has red tones. I have a hard time covering that area up satisfactorily. The area seems to be recessed rather than puffy. Do you have a product to help with that product. ?
