  • It is our goal to provide an easy, hassle-free customer service experience.
  • Customers are entitled to a refund or exchange for a FULL 4-month period from the date the original order was placed.
  • Exchanges will not be accepted after 6 months from the original purchase date.

Subscribe & Save: There are no refunds, only merchandise exchanges with exception to your first initial sign-up order. Once a recurring shipment is sent out, the package is non-refundable and can only be used towards a company credit. Please refer to the Subscribe & Save terms and conditions for more information.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY TERMS

  • All returns and/or exchanges must be pre-authorized by a Genucel customer service representative. A RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) is obtained by calling our customer service department at 1-800-SKIN-211 (1-800-754-6211) between the hours of 9am- 6pm EST Monday through Friday. A RMA is not needed for an exchange.
  • We will provide you with a free return shipping label so there is no extra cost to you.
  • All shipping and handling fees (where applicable) are not refundable.
  • You must return ALL products, USED & UNUSED to be eligible for a full refund. Refunds will not be processed without the original products that were purchased.
  • Any merchandise returned for a refund without a RMA number will not be processed.
  • Refused and Return to Sender packages are not eligible for a refund without first calling for a RMA number.
  • RMA numbers expire within 15 days of issuance. Merchandise must be received within 15 days of the date to receive a credit or a refund.
